In addition to topics relating to regional studies, the dialogues deal with authentic everyday situations, introduce basic grammar phenomena and convey a variety of useful expressions. Appealing drawings support the learning process.
The appendix provides a grammar overview, an index of the textbook vocabulary and a subject index.
The answer key contained in the book and the integrated audio CD facilitate self-study.
