How do I prepare chicken salad

Chicken salad with curry very classic and simple

I already told you that I started jogging again. I am fighting hard but hard to get back into the ranks of recreational runners. Panting, panting and sweating each time off and am happy about every tree that calls out to me: “Come on, I'll support you for a moment!”. My will to get fit again is very great. Bigger than I ever thought possible and while jogging I feel like Rocky Balboa in Rocky IV as he literally struggled to a higher fitness level to get into the ring against the Russian.

Ok, the comparison is wrong, but in any case I don't recognize myself at all. I was never one of those people who developed sporting ambition. So far, I've always lived out my ambition elsewhere. But I have changed on this point. Now I really want to know whether I can get back into sport at my advanced age 😉.

I HAD GREAT AMBITION WITH THE POULTRY SALAD WITH CURRY

My well-known ambition last seized me when I was developing the dressing for my fruity chicken salad. It all started with my girlfriend's favorite ready-to-cook sauce, and now mine too: curry mango! For her, the sauce has long been a seasoning for various things and an important component in her very tasty chicken salad dressing. I wanted to have the same taste of their salad dressing for my dressing, but just without Ready-made sauce. It took me a few tries, but I actually made it and I'm as proud as Bolle 🙂.

ROASTED CHICKEN MEAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Compared to other classic chicken salads, I fried the chicken in my chicken salad and didn't cook it - because I wanted the roasted aromas to taste. Before searing it, I also seasoned the chicken breast with curry powder and, of course, salt. Compared to chicken salads and cooked meat, this is the icing on the cake - it rounds everything off perfectly.

ASPARAGUS FITS SO OR SO: FRESH OR FROM THE GLASS

Now, in the asparagus season, I wanted to use fresh asparagus in my curry poultry salad. It is not SO important that it is asparagus tips if you don't get any. You can just take 3-4 spears of asparagus, cook them, and cut them into pieces. Outside of the asparagus season, my fruity chicken salad tastes great with asparagus tips from the glass.

My quick chicken salad is also great as a buffet or brunch salad, as a bread spread or simply on its own on the plate. My calculated 6 servings are designed for the first two consumption occasions. But stated and personal amounts can also be very different.

Other great buffet and brunch salads are my faster and simple bulgur salad, my Asparagus salad with ham and egg and mine classic egg salad.
